General Policy
At Aesthetics Fitness Club, we are committed to providing excellent service and value to our members. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure fair treatment for all our customers.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any membership or service. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Membership Cancellation
Monthly Memberships
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- Access continues until the end of the current paid period
- No partial refunds for unused days within the current billing period
Long-Term Memberships (3, 6, 12 months)
- 14-day cooling-off period from purchase date for full refund
- After cooling-off period, memberships are non-refundable
- Membership may be frozen for up to 30 days per year (medical reasons only, with documentation)
Day & Week Passes
- Day passes are valid for single-day use and are non-refundable once purchased
- Week passes must be activated within 30 days of purchase
- Unused passes may be exchanged for equivalent value toward membership within 14 days
- Passes cannot be transferred to another person
Personal Training Sessions
- Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit the session
- No-shows will be charged the full session rate
- Unused sessions from packages expire 6 months from purchase date
- Refunds for unused sessions available within 30 days of purchase, minus completed sessions at full rate
Supplements & Online Product Sales
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. We recommend checking your order on receipt.
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Product Returns & Refunds
- You may return unopened, sealed supplements within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened products are non-refundable for health and hygiene reasons. This is standard practice and in line with EU consumer protection rules for sealed goods that have been unsealed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong item, a defective product (e.g. damaged packaging, expired product, or faulty seal), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the product has been opened. Contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Right of Withdrawal (EU / Cyprus)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance (online) purchases. We honour this right for sealed goods that have not been opened. Supplements that have been unsealed or opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal on grounds of health and hygiene, as permitted by EU law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the sealed product within 14 days of that notification. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return and refund terms above apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Non-Refundable Conditions
The following are not eligible for refund or return:
- Opened or unsealed supplements (except in cases of defect or wrong product)
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
Return Shipping & Restocking
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns of unopened, sealed products returned within the 14-day window. For defective or wrong product cases, we cover the cost of return or replacement shipping.

Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. The following situations may qualify for special consideration:
- Medical conditions preventing gym use (requires medical documentation)
- Relocation more than 50km from any of our facilities
- Extended closure of facilities by the gym
All special circumstance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with supporting documentation for consideration.
