2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Special offers and promotional prices are valid for the specified period only
• Price changes do not affect existing paid memberships

2.3 Payment Processing

• All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Payment must be completed in full before service activation
• For recurring memberships, payment is automatically charged on the renewal date
• Failed payments may result in suspension of membership access

2.4 Billing Cycle

• Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
• Annual memberships are billed as a single payment upfront
• Day and week passes are one-time payments with no recurring charges

3.1 Membership Activation

• Memberships are activated upon successful payment completion
• Valid identification is required for gym access
• Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only

3.2 Membership Access

• Access is limited to the location specified in your membership
• Operating hours may vary by location and are subject to change
• The gym reserves the right to limit capacity for safety reasons

3.3 Member Conduct

• Members must follow all gym rules and staff instructions
• Appropriate gym attire is required at all times
• Equipment must be used safely and returned after use
• Violation of rules may result in membership termination without refund

5.1 Health Disclaimer

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves risk of injury. By using our facilities, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of engaging in exercise. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetics Fitness Club and NEW A.R.X.I. Family Group LTD shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring on our premises, except where caused by our negligence.

5.3 Personal Belongings

Members are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend using the lockers provided. The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
